Nozzle Tip, 1 point, wire feed — A welding-process component on which wire feed stability and bead quality depend. Worn parts cause irregular feeding and weld defects. Application area: laser cutting.
Select the part according to the wire diameter in use and the type of welding assembly. Keep contact and guiding surfaces clean and replace worn parts: an enlarged bore or clogged liner leads to unstable feeding and weld defects.
