RAYTOOLS M8 3D DIA21.4 CERAMIC ORIGINAL PART — This ceramic head component electrically isolates the nozzle from the head body. It is part of the standoff measuring system and acts as a designed breakaway element that protects more expensive head parts in a collision. Application area: laser cutting.
The ring is fitted onto the cutting-head body and retains the nozzle. Keep the seating faces clean and free of slag, since contamination degrades height sensing. Replace a cracked or burned ring immediately, as it causes unstable standoff measurement and process faults.
