PENTA ® DOUBLE NOZZLE Ø 1.25 — Two concentric outlets refine gas guidance and reduce turbulence above the kerf, which is why double nozzles are chosen where high edge quality is required. Application area: laser cutting.

Application

The double nozzle is installed in the cutting head in the same way as a single nozzle. Select the diameter combination according to the machine manufacturer's cutting tables for the given material, thickness and gas pressure. After replacement, always verify nozzle centring relative to the beam and check the standoff distance.
