NK-NUK-NOZZLE N Ø 3.0 Double — A double nozzle uses two concentric orifices to produce a better directed and more stable gas stream than a single nozzle. It is used mainly for high-pressure cutting and at higher laser powers. Application area: laser cutting.

Application

The double nozzle is installed in the cutting head in the same way as a single nozzle. Select the diameter combination according to the machine manufacturer's cutting tables for the given material, thickness and gas pressure. After replacement, always verify nozzle centring relative to the beam and check the standoff distance.
