MZ-NOZZLE 3D Ø 2.0 — This nozzle is a consumable component of the laser cutting head. Orifice geometry and diameter define the gas flow pattern and the stability of the cutting process. Application area: laser cutting.
The nozzle is installed in the laser cutting head. Orifice diameter is selected according to material type, sheet thickness and assist gas — smaller orifices for thin sheet, larger ones for heavier material and high-pressure nitrogen cutting. Inspect the orifice whenever head consumables are changed and replace any damaged or contaminated nozzle, because an asymmetric gas stream degrades cut quality and increases the risk of collision.
Determine compatibility using reference numbers L30558, PT347-0280X, 46713300310-P0352-382-00020. Compare them with the designation of the part installed in your machine and with the equipment documentation; contact us if anything is unclear and we will verify the version.
