AM-Head protection disc, 22 mm ceramic — This ceramic head component electrically isolates the nozzle from the head body. It is part of the standoff measuring system and acts as a designed breakaway element that protects more expensive head parts in a collision. Application area: laser cutting.
The ring is fitted onto the cutting-head body and retains the nozzle. Keep the seating faces clean and free of slag, since contamination degrades height sensing. Replace a cracked or burned ring immediately, as it causes unstable standoff measurement and process faults.
Determine compatibility using reference numbers AL123, AM325-325-2, 71341614. Compare them with the designation of the part installed in your machine and with the equipment documentation; contact us if anything is unclear and we will verify the version.
